Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team in Nashville, USA. As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and success. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and success

• Gather insights from various data sources, including structured and unstructured data
• Analyze data using statistical and quantitative methods, including regression analysis, time series analysis, and machine learning algorithms
• Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data visualization tools
• Present findings to stakeholders, including senior management, using clear and concise language
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop data-driven solutions
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and business intelligence
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members
• Present to the board and other senior stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science
• Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, including statistical and quantitative methods
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
• Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with SAFE Spry, Alteryx, or other data science platforms

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, or other business intelligence tools
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security
• Strong understanding of data architecture and data warehousing
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
• Certification in data science, business intelligence, or a related field
