Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Student Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for arenaflex customers and those interested in our platform. Your tasks will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
* Providing detailed information about our products and membership options
* Processing incoming tickets and supporting customers throughout their entire customer journey
* Collecting customer feedback to help optimize internal processes and improve our services
* Maintaining and updating our knowledge base and LimeSurvey manual to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Collaborating with our team to identify and resolve customer issues
Your Ideal Profile:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities:
* Currently enrolled at a university (full-time)
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
* Proficiency in German and English languages
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ideally, some initial experience with arenaflex or surveys in general (but not required)
