Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, working with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll have the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day, and we're looking for team members who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused way
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the lighting or home decor industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with live chat and email support
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00/hour with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
