Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Online Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media
  • Guiding customers through online issues related to our website, products, and payments
  • Referring complex queries or complaints to the relevant department and ensuring timely resolution
  • Assisting customers with order processing, modifications, and shipment details
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues through effective communication and problem-solving

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service is a plus point

Language Proficiency:

English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must to apply for this role

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary

Location:

Online U.S residents are eligible to apply for this role

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
