Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and service through live chat on our website. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers in real-time to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and general company information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating to senior staff when necessary to ensure seamless support.

Requirements
