Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing applications, issuing IDs, and administering vision, driver, and in-car road tests. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities

* Communicate policies, procedures, and regulations to customers

• Issue IDs and process applications
• Administer vision, driver, and in-car road tests
• Process diverse vehicle registrations, titling, tax, and fee collection
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
• Maintain accurate records and complete assignments on time

Training and Support

Minimum Qualifications

* Customer service experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Experience using a personal computer or other automated systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Must have attention to detail, accuracy, and complete assignments on time
• Driving records should have a point balance of less than six demerit points and no major convictions
• Experience working in a team or group environment
• Ability to lift 10-25 pounds
