What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming, greeting, and assisting all students, members, and visitors entering the facility with a smile and a helping hand
• Opening and closing the fitness facility, ensuring proper access and security for all users
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment for all facility users, including the fitness area, reception, and other common spaces
• Operating a cash register and handling financial transactions with ease and accuracy
• Working independently while providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving any issues that may arise

What is Required (Qualifications):

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school education or equivalent, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of employment, showcasing your commitment to providing high-quality care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook, enabling you to efficiently manage tasks and communicate with colleagues
• The ability to run a cash register and work independently, handling multiple responsibilities with ease
