We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our chat support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment, answering incoming chats and emails, and delivering solutions that create a positive experience for our customers.

Start Date:
February 19, 2024
Training:
Three weeks of virtual training, Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM MST. The fourth week will be your regular schedule.
Full Time or Part Time positions:
We offer both full-time and part-time positions to accommodate your needs.
Starting base pay:
$15.00 per hour
Shift:
Between 11 AM and 11 PM MST, with a required Saturday or Sunday shift each week
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform
- Replying to incoming emails from customers
- Requesting contact prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed
- Consulting customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase (this role requires sales skills)
- Providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Delivering solutions that create a positive experience for our customers
- Maintaining high performance metrics, including quality, sales, and dependability
- Problem-solving and thinking on your feet to keep the customer and company in mind
