Job Description
As a blended agent on our team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple accounts, following a guided process and logging each interaction in our Frontline Connection CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve their customer service needs, gathering and verifying information and documenting it in the appropriate system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple clients
- Follow a guided process and log each interaction in Frontline Connection CRM
- Gather and verify customer information and document it in the system
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and de-escalating conflicts
- Work collaboratively with our clients to meet their customer service needs
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ years of customer service experience
- Proven track record of success in a high-call-volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous call center experience
- Previous experience working remotely
- Basic technical support experience
