Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team of remote representatives. As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, matching clients to their benefits, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calling to schedule new appointments and follow up with existing clients

• Client policy reviews and new enrollments, ensuring that clients receive the benefits they are entitled to
• Servicing requested benefits for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
• Organizing and managing daily workflow and processes, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Collaborating with management and colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently with the support of management, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software a plus
