Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in accordance with arenaflex's service standards
- Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments when necessary
- Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases
- Escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments
- Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses:
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite within the last 18 months
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends
- Ability to work on camera during work hours
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications
Desired Skills and Capabilities
* Acquires and applies job skills and learns arenaflex policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
- Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes
- Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments
- Works under close supervision

Compensation
The compensation for this position is $15.00 per hour, non-negotiable. This is an entry-level role, and we're committed to providing a fair and competitive salary.
