As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Representing one of the nation's largest brands, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building meaningful connections with customers via inbound calls
• Assisting customers with their needs, resolving issues, and upselling them to ensure they have the best features to meet their needs
• Participating in paid training to prepare you for all call types and customers
• Working in a fast-paced remote environment, staying focused, and meeting productivity expectations
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high-quality service

What You Need to Thrive:

To succeed in our remote environment, you'll need:

• A reliable internet connection (cable or fiber only, no DSL, satellite, or cellular)
• A minimum of 25Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speeds
• A dedicated workspace free from distractions and security risks
• A workspace with minimal background noise
• The ability to be on webcam during working hours

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• At least 6 months of work-from-home experience
• At least 1 year of call center experience
• Must live in the state of Georgia
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a GED or High School Diploma
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
