The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients across various industries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone

Earnings and Revenue

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor, you will enter into a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
