- Assisting users in navigating our application and connecting with available shifts
- Documenting and tracking all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
- Collaborating with team members to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to our processes
- Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward gig workers at all times
- Staying updated on industry trends and platform changes to provide accurate and timely information
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting
