Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
