What You'll Do

As a Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection and resolution of account issues
• Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to ensure customers feel informed and supported
• Collaborating with managers to receive feedback and tips on improving performance and customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate customer notes and records using a standard keyboard
• Participating in virtual team environments, including weekly contests and incentives, to stay engaged and motivated

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center setting
• A background in retail, sales, or wait staff can be beneficial, but not required
• Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection
• A GED or High School Diploma
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
