The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be helping customers navigate and succeed with arenaflex's software. You'll become a product expert and guide customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses. Your day-to-day will involve promptly responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues, and offering advice to help customers get the most out of arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-tier support via phone, email, or chat to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and solve general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform.
- Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up as needed.
- Identify and document any software bugs or issues for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
* Experience in technical customer support or a similar role, with a strong understanding of software solutions and technical issues.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers.
- Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving, with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
