Key Responsibilities:

As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving requests for technical assistance from customers and submitting them into our ticketing system for review by our Help Desk technicians
  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensuring that customers receive timely and effective updates
  • Providing exceptional customer service through email responses and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolution of their issues
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise
  • Working closely with our Help Desk team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of our team

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience in IT Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable

  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail are essential for this role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of IT Help Desk processes and procedures
  • Experience working in a remote team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
