Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Technology Analyst to join our Workday Data Migrations team at arenaflex. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for applying your analytical skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to drive process improvements, resolve complex issues, and develop innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Apply your knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade to drive process improvements and resolve complex issues
- Collaborate with other Innovation team members to provide counsel and solutions within your area of expertise
- Stay up-to-date with current advancements in your field and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Analyze and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, approaches, or methods
- Estimate effort and value for proposed solutions and apply business acumen to drive decision-making
- Apply business solutions with a deep understanding of technology stages and structures
- Verify data and carefully review and check the accuracy of your work using reliance ID processes in technology work
- Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on efficiency and productivity
- Communicate ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of design and integration
- Proactively identify program risks, issues, and opportunities, ensuring the right level of visibility and escalation
- Perform other work assignments as directed by your supervisor
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, information technology)
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade
- Strong knowledge of technical conditions and software development methodologies
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills for working with diverse teams and external partners
- Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into actionable solution proposals
- Ability to work effectively in a help/group-oriented environment
- Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/assignments
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Workday data migrations and related technologies
- Strong knowledge of programming languages and software development methodologies
- Certification in business analysis, project management, or related fields
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
