What You'll Do
As an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the friendly face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars with precision
- Performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and document preparation
- Collaborating with the team to create and improve Standard Operating Procedures to ensure efficiency
- Providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed
