Job Description

As a Blended Support Team member, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple accounts, following a guided process and logging each interaction in arenaflex's cutting-edge CRM system, Frontline Connection. Your primary objective will be to gather and verify customer information, document interactions, and provide exceptional service to our clients' customers. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, de-escalate conflicts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple accounts

  • Follow a guided process and log each interaction in Frontline Connection CRM
  • Gather and verify customer information and document interactions
  • Provide exceptional service to our clients' customers
  • Work closely with the team to resolve issues and de-escalate conflicts
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience

  • Experience in a high-call-volume environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems with a computer
  • Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous call center experience

  • Previous experience working remotely
  • Basic technical support experience

Job Requirements:

* Must be available to train on weekdays

  • Training takes place during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)
  • Must have open availability 24/7 to work shifts within arenaflex's hours of operation
  • Attendance is vital
  • A quiet place to work at home with a locked door to prevent background noise

Tech Requirements:

* Desktop Windows computer (no MACs or Chromebooks)

  • Processor: Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation) / AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation)
  • 8GB RAM (minimum) / 16GB RAM (preferred)
  • Dual monitor
  • High-quality USB headset
  • Hardwired internet connection at all times
  • Minimum internet speeds:

+ 20Mbps download + 10Mbps upload + Less than 20ms ping stability + No Spectrum

Pay and Benefits:

* Pay rate: $13.00-$15.00 hourly (dependent on experience)

  • Part-time sick time eligible after 6 months of employment
  • Paid Time Off and 401(k) with company match eligible after 1 year of employment
  • Perfect Attendance Quarterly Bonus
