Job Summary
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for communicating with our operations team and customers to ensure seamless service delivery and the highest level of satisfaction. You'll be the primary liaison between pilots and customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on our customers' experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the operation of the arenaflex Operations Desk, serving as critical command and control and primary liaison between pilots and customers.
- Input, track, and analyze data pertaining to reports received from pilots and subsequent customer interaction.
- Directly communicate with customers, leaving a lasting positive impression for arenaflex.
- Generate customer reports indicating services provided and results of inspections.
- Solidify hard data from a number of vague clues.
- Assist with generation of the daily flying schedule and associated mission products using arenaflex proprietary software, Garmin products, and Google Earth.
- Assist in coordination with maintenance to understand aircraft availability and its impact on flight operations.
- Communicate expectations of performance to pilots prior to mission execution.
- Assist with general projects relating to the overall business as a critical member of a very small management team.
- Coordinate with the President to onboard new customers and integrate requested work with existing operations.
Requirements
* Customer service orientation with an interest in operations.
- Excellent communication skills, especially verbal.
- Self-motivated, comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office suite as well as Google Earth.
- Full weekend availability. 5-day work week.
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in operations or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with arenaflex proprietary software and Garmin products.
- Knowledge of Google Earth and its applications.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
