Job Summary

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering daily work orders into our systems
  • Assembling and reconciling reports
  • Maintaining excellent communication with various departments
  • Performing various clerical duties, including filing, copying, and faxing
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software
  • Other duties as assigned by our management team

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring timely and error-free processing.

  • Report Assembly and Reconciliation: Assemble and reconcile reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, copying, and faxing, to maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Software Utilization: Utilize Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software, to perform tasks and complete projects.

Essential Qualifications

* Organizational and Prioritization Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report preparation.
  • Data Entry Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data entry, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
  • Office Clerk Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an office clerk role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various departments and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Microsoft Excel Experience: 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of formulas, functions, and data analysis.

  • Recycling Experience: Experience in recycling or sustainability initiatives, although not necessary, is a plus.

Physical Demands

* Computer Use: Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, for extended periods.

  • Seated Work: Ability to sit for long periods, with occasional standing or walking.
  • Bending and Stooping: Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods, with occasional lifting or carrying of light objects.

Compensation and Benefits

* Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
