Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Team Lead Development Program participant, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the following areas:

  • Customer Service: Answer incoming customer inquiries, engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, and offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with arenaflex's customer service policies.
  • Appointment Booking: Book appointments with clients to discuss their coverage options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Leadership Development: Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop your leadership skills and prepare you for a management role within 3-6 months.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings, sales targets, and team productivity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Working Computer and Camera: A reliable computer with a camera for Zoom meetings and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Flexible Schedule: The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
