Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative II at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as a key contact for clients and consumers, providing timely and accurate service delivery

  • Maintaining detailed documentation of all interactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, with the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in both languages
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools effectively
  • Typing minimum 45 WPM, with the ability to accurately and efficiently complete tasks
  • Familiarity with industry compliance standards is a plus, with the ability to navigate and adhere to regulatory requirements
