The Role

As a Remote Customer Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions. You'll be responsible for providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies, as well as resolving inquiries, complaints, and billing issues in a professional and timely manner. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and ability to handle various customer situations will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
