In this Entry-Level Customer Support Assistant position, we’re seeking someone who thrives in a team environment and is respectful, positive, and personable. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers with a customer-comes-first attitude
  • Demonstrating the ability to write well professionally and work with different departments to resolve issues as they arise
  • Responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Achieving quarterly customer satisfaction goal/score
  • Understanding how Operations flows
  • Mastering internal communication platforms
  • Being a well-rounded individual by mastering mail processing and data entry to understand our services and what is offered

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum typing speed of 60 WPM
  • A passion to continuously improve and learn
  • A college education or currently enrolled in College
  • A passion for communication or willingness to learn
  • The ability to solve problems and provide resolutions

Skills and Competencies

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
