Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering telephones and responding to basic customer questions using established methods provided during training to schedule and change customer appointments, answering questions from the customer on what to bring to the appointments and other questions. * Processing transactions and tracking responses to ensure completion of calls. * Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office tools and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. * Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software. * Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills are necessary. * Ability to follow oral and written directions. * Overtime may be available. Shifts may occasionally change based on business needs. * Prior call center experience would be a plus, but is not necessary. * Must fully comply with Remote Agent protocols, processes, and procedures and with United States Government contract requirements. * Agents and arenaflex must comply with IDEMIA's background check process and criteria. * All personnel with access to TSA and FBI contract sensitive information, SSI and/or PII must be vetted and shall undergo federal background checks. * All personnel supporting state programs shall undergo state-specific background checks, as required by program. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. * Must be able to successfully pass IDEMIA State and Federal screening requirements, including criminal history and drug screen. * Must have high-speed WiFi to work remotely and service callers from home. * Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office tools. * Experience working with help desk software. * Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills. * Ability to follow oral and written directions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications * Prior call center experience. * Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software. * Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
