Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Santa Monica, USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Assembling complex data analyses, visualizations, and reporting that inform business decisions and drive growth
• Answering critical business questions and providing expert insights on various product and business streams to improve customer experience and drive conversions
• Advancing the scientific capabilities of our business, collaborating on the design of analytical solutions, and delivering actionable data insights and products
• Utilizing data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Applying statistical methods (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, regression, factor analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and drive business impact

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain complex data analyses, visualizations, and reporting to inform business decisions and drive growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
• Provide expert insights and recommendations to inform product and business development decisions
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Apply statistical methods to understand customer behavior and drive business impact
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address those needs

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in an analytics and data science space with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, and data visualization
• Experience developing and delivering end-to-end analysis projects from unclear requirements to actionable business insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners
• Ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly)
• Experience with marketing analytics, customer journey mapping, and business intelligence
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business issues
• MBA or other multi-industry experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interests or areas of expertise that impact the way you interact with others and approach business challenges
