Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Management Leader to join our team and drive customer experience strategy and delivery across our enterprise product line. As a key member of our Product Management team, you'll be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, guiding cross-functional product teams, and executing business value delivery to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Product Management Leader, you'll be responsible for the following key areas: ### Strategy & Planning (40%)
- Market Analysis & Vision: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify customer and associate needs, both existing and potential, to provide arenaflex customers and associates with an unparalleled shopping experience.
- Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with arenaflex's overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create alignment between products and provide a seamless user experience.
- Financial & Business Impact: Understand the financial and business impact of proposed product updates and activities within the portfolio, prioritize updates to support the enterprise roadmap, and allocate funding across products.
- Performance Metrics & Analytics: Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product performance and make recommendations for refinements to the product based on learnings.
### Delivery & Execution (30%)
- Product Development: Drive product development by reviewing performance and directing work efforts of product teams to ensure products are aligned with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
- Quality & Change Control: Document, review, and validate products to meet quality and change control standards.
- Enterprise Goals & KPIs: Understand enterprise goals and KPIs to deliver value against them.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues within or across product teams that may impair teams from delivering a quality product in order to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
- Prioritization & Request Management: Receive and prioritize incoming requests from business partners and stakeholders balanced against business strategy, product vision, and user needs.
### People (30%)
- Leadership & Mentoring: Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Product Managers to develop their skills and abilities.
- Talent Attraction & Retention: Attract, retain, and develop top talent to build a world-class Product Management team.
- Collaboration & Communication: Foster collaboration with team members (Engineering, UX, etc.) to drive value, identify and resolve impediments.
- Modern Software Development Practices: Advocate for modern software development practices and educate team members on best practices.
- User-Centric Approach: Advocate for the end user and stakeholder by associating with the product, empathizing with and understanding user needs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
6-8 years of relevant work experience
in product management, preferably in a modern software development environment.
Mastery of modern software development product management practices
and agile methodologies, specifically the extreme programming (XP) principles of paired programming, test-driven development, and continuous deployment.
Proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members
at all levels in the organization.
- Mastery of working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team.
Proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories

Proficiency in conducting user research and testing
to understand needs.
Mastery of identifying goals, metrics, and analytics
to measure product value.
Proficiency in conducting competitive research and analysis

Proficiency in guiding more junior team members
