What you'll need for success
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
