Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Helping clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and services, including topics like determination of payments and claims related to medical and dental procedures and office and hospital visit costs.
  • Making it easy for customers to work with us by taking ownership of their issues and resolving them over the chat the first time, every time.
  • Being an advocate for health and wellness by educating customers on disease management programs and making recommendations on the right healthy living programs for their needs.
  • Accessing regular development opportunities and mentorship as you train with the best team in the industry, including extensive, hands-on training and guided on-the-job trainings.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer.
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management focus.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a healthcare or wellness industry.
  • Knowledge of health insurance and benefits.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
