Job Summary
We're currently hiring experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through phone, chat, and email channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals.
