Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced sales leader to manage our sales and clinical teams in a specific territory, driving growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and leadership. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing talent, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to support regional growth. Responsibilities

As a sales leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Directing the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives
  • Leading and managing the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members
  • Directing sales performance in the specified region
  • Identifying, hiring, retaining, and developing talent through proactive performance management
  • Developing strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts
  • Establishing effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure sensitivity to sales needs
  • Leading difficult sales negotiations, particularly with larger prospects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional departments to support regional growth

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
