Key Responsibilities
As an AppleCare Counselor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our clients have an outstanding experience with our products. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person
- Resolving complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Tailoring communication and style to meet the needs of diverse clients
