Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer chats and emails, assisting with order placements, tracking, updates, cancellations, and providing comprehensive information about our products and website. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications
While prior customer service or retail experience is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

- Availability: Must be able to work 32-40 hours weekly, with various 8-hour shifts during the following hours of operation: 10 am-7 pm Sunday, 7 am-8 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am-6 pm Saturday (CST). Please note that business hours may change during peak times to meet coverage and business needs.

To ensure your success as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will need to meet the following work from home requirements:
- Dedicated Workspace: A dedicated, secure, and distraction-free workspace.
- Computer Equipment: A desktop or laptop (with the latest Operating System installed). No tablets or Chromebooks.
- Monitors: 2 functional monitors (a laptop and a monitor or a desktop and 2 monitors).
- Cell Phone: A cell phone with an active service with a cell phone provider, phone number, and a cell phone charger.
- Web Camera: A web camera (an integrated web camera is permitted) and a cell phone headset with a microphone.
- Internet Connection: A stable and reliable internet connection of 50Mps download speed and 5Mps upload speed (check your internet speed at speedtest.net). Cannot use public Wi-Fi.
