Job Summary
As a remote Freight Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex's cargo operations, interacting with customers, and ensuring that their freight is delivered on time, safely, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless cargo operations, including flight planning, cargo loading, and delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions, cargo movements, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work flexible hours, including early morning and evening shifts, to accommodate flight schedules and customer needs

Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, logistics, or communications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
