The Role
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be responsible for resolving queries, preventing issues, and delighting our customers with exceptional support experiences. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

Essential Qualifications:
