Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping individuals understand their pharmacy benefit plans. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls and providing information on medication coverage, mail-order solutions, and other related topics. Your exceptional communication skills and knowledge will enable you to offer solutions that improve our members' healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions
- Provide accurate and timely information to members, ensuring they understand their benefits and options
- Utilize knowledge and skills to offer solutions that improve member satisfaction and healthcare outcomes
- Collaborate with coaches, independent modules, and service teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work from home (WFH) flexibility available for those who meet the requirements

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
