Experienced Customer Support Representative – TurboTax Customer Service – Remote Opportunity

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to Intuit TurboTax customers via phone, video chat, and traditional chat support.
- Assisting customers with software navigation, locating prior returns and amendments, and escalating calls when necessary.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and technologies.
Earnings Potential:
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn up to $19 per hour. In addition, contractors who meet or exceed key metrics may earn extra incentives, including:
- Peak time earnings: Earn an average of $16-$19 per hour during peak times.
- Non-peak time earnings: Earn an average of $15.60-$17.50 per hour during non-peak times.
- Guaranteed minimum earnings: Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
Schedule:
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with opportunities to work between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday through Sunday. This seasonal contract starts in January and runs through April 15th, 2025.

To ensure your success as a Customer Support Representative, you'll need:

- Professional appearance: A professional appearance, including a clean and well-maintained workspace.
Technology Requirements:
To perform your duties as a Customer Support Representative, you'll need:
- Personal computer: A personal computer with a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
- Broadband internet connection: A broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS.
- Wired internet connection: A wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet).
- Valid antivirus software: Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up-to-date.
- USB headset with microphone: A USB headset with microphone.
- Webcam: A webcam will be loaned to each contractor for the duration of the contract.
Important Information:
Please note that we are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
Contractual Relationship:
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
