Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-time Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional online experiences to our clients' customers through live chat interactions. Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
- Providing product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our clients' products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and releases
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Adapting to changing priorities and workflows, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with experience in live chat software a plus
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between 10:00am-6:30pm CST
- Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
- Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred
- Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Show the ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
- Have gaming experience, which is preferred but not required
