Key Responsibilities
As our first Customer Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in building a robust support system and processes that will serve as a foundation for future team members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers via live chat, email, or phone, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously learning about the features of our app, the Shopify ecosystem, and emerging trends to provide expert guidance and support to our customers.
- Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting innovative ways to improve our products and services.
- Participating in non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, creating mockups, or assisting with marketing initiatives, based on your natural abilities and interests.
Essential Qualifications

- Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
