Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their insurance policies. You'll receive, review, and process calls regarding policy coverage, billing, and modifications. Your primary function will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction. You'll also have the opportunity to grow within the company and develop a career in insurance.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies

  • Assist customers with policy coverage, billing, and modifications
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
  • Must have open availability during hours of operation
  • Professional customer service aptitude
  • Basic conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Insurance industry experience a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Comfortable with being on web camera during training and production
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
