Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving and documenting customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensuring all company procedures are followed to maintain high-quality service standards
• Inputting accurate trip data into our systems to ensure seamless operations
• Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Referencing unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
• Multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems and provide timely responses to customer inquiries
• Reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their benefits

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school graduate or general education degree (GED)
• 0-2 years of related experience in customer service or a contact center environment
• 6+ months of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 35wpm or more
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work independently under general supervision
• Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
• Willingness to work overtime as required and adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Compensation
