Work Overview

As a Customer Journey and Engagement Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Identifying key product strategies and features on partner platforms to inform our owned and operated product roadmap
• Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer-centric decision-making, including pricing, packaging, and promotional discounting
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives
• Proactively pitching product solutions across the customer lifecycle that encourage sampling and acquisition

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in customer experience, data analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to comprehend and apply complex data
• Proficiency in CDPs and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, mParticle)
• Experience in the streaming services industry is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in customer experience, data analysis, or a related field
• Experience working with customer journey mapping, customer segmentation, and data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with arenaflex's streaming services and products
