Responsibilities
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls and greeting customers with energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine smile (even over the phone!)
- Collaborating with your team to achieve individual and team results, ensuring seamless communication and a positive work environment
- Meeting or exceeding call center metrics while providing exceptional and consistent customer service, always striving for first call resolution
- Demonstrating expertise in knowledge of policies and procedures related to client policies, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer inquiries
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools effectively to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's innovative solutions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MD, MI, MS, MO, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV
- A minimum High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment (call center, food service, hospitality, or retail), with a proven ability to be empathetic and compassionate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A quiet, secure, and distraction-free workspace for the duration of working hours
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10MBPS download and 5MBPS upload
- A landline phone is not required, but a direct connection from modem to PC is necessary
