Job Summary
We're seeking a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients via inbound calls, emails, and voice mails. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshoot 1st-level technical issues via inbound calls and/or voice mails, emails, and alerts.
- Provide clear and concise communications and follow up with customers on company schedules, requested lead and delivery times.
- Work with the Tier 2 team to seamlessly pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to management.
- Remain current on constant process updates and technology used within the company.
- Perform duties with awareness and in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
Your Qualifications
* High School Diploma
- Reliable internet connection (must have a stable and fast internet connection to perform duties)
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Order processing systems, and Contact Management systems.
- Ability to empathize with customers is critical.
- Ability to multi-task (i.e., talking and typing simultaneously) in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills.
- Demonstrate professional communication skills with a high degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion.
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems.
