Job Summary As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. You'll categorize all calls received, record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls, and perform other duties as assigned. This is a full-time remote work opportunity, and we're looking for someone who is highly skilled, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
