Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our plan members. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions and concerns related to pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Through your expertise and knowledge, you'll provide the necessary solutions to help our members better understand their coverage and options. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries related to pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize knowledge and expertise to offer solutions and alternatives to customers, improving their overall experience and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
