Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients. You'll work with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, using your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues and create raving fans for arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, on live chat, and through email

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and sales goals
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Availability to work flexible full-time schedules during customer service hours (8 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the Lighting Industry or a related field

  • Previous experience with live chat or email support
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
